We adjust persona specs as needed. “Set and forget” is not our model.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to support and improve the assistant you’re using.
This may include your typed text, timestamps, and which assistant you interacted with.
For sensitive deployments (housing access, student support, etc.), we intentionally limit storage of personal details unless a program specifically requires it and you knowingly provide it.
Translation: we are not mining crisis conversations to train future products.

How we use it
We use conversation data only to:
• Improve clarity and accuracy
• Validate refusal and escalation behavior
• Keep the assistant aligned to its declared persona
We do not sell conversation data.
We do not use your story as marketing.
AI data use & sharing
For pilots and partnerships, we may share anonymized conversation summaries with the partner organization to improve their services. Direct identifiers are removed wherever possible.
If you’re in immediate danger or reporting harm, the assistant may escalate you to a human or emergency resource.
Your control
You can request deletion or review of records connected to you. Email

We honor reasonable requests unless restricted by law, safety duty, or an active investigation into system abuse.
Not an emergency service
Our assistants are guides.
They are not therapists, lawyers, doctors, case managers, crisis counselors, or financial advisors.
If you’re in danger or at risk, contact a qualified human.
Respectful use
Do not use our assistants to harass, threaten, stalk, or target anyone; generate abuse; or attempt to extract personal data about other users.
We may suspend access in cases of harassment, hateful conduct, or exploitation.
Intellectual property
All persona definitions, refusal patterns, escalation logic, phrasing models, and INNOVATE standards used in Give Me Back My Bias are the intellectual property of Responsible Innovation Lab.
You cannot scrape them, rename them, and resell them.
