What is the Bias Advantage Build?
It’s our flagship product: a standard 5-page micro-site plus a persona-driven chatbot with a declared bias, fixed guardrails, and a private dual-mode GPT assistant in your voice. It’s built to stay aligned in the real world — not just in a demo.
Why do you declare bias?
Because “neutral AI” doesn’t exist. Every assistant has a lens. Declaring bias makes that lens transparent, prevents hidden value drift, and helps users calibrate trust correctly.
Is this a DIY chatbot platform?
No. We are not a “click-buttons-and-ship-anything” chatbot builder. We build safe, fixed-persona assistants that represent your voice and values, and we steward them over time.
What makes your chatbots different from typical site bots?
Typical bots are generic, improvise under pressure, and can be tuned by end users in ways you can’t predict. Our assistants are domain-locked, bias-declared, and guardrail-fixed, with refusal + escalation built in.

How does the custom AI chatbot process work?

Do I need to write a technical spec?
No. We just need your audience, your goals, examples of your voice, and any hard boundaries. We draft the persona/guardrail spec for you to approve once.
Why is the site “standard 5 pages”?
Five pages keeps things clean and focused: Home, About/Offer, FAQ/Proof, Contact, and one optional page. It’s the simplest structure that still supports trust and conversion.
Can you build fewer pages?
Yes, if your use case truly needs less. The package is designed around five, but we will scope down when clarity and fit improve.
Guardrails, Safety & Escalation FAQ
What are fixed guardrails?
Guardrails are boundaries you approve during build and that stay locked in production. Users can’t retune tone, loosen refusals, or push the assistant into risky areas.
What happens if a user tries to jailbreak the bot?
The assistant refuses early and redirects. We harden refusal patterns in review, then steward updates through versioned changes — not user tuning.
Does the assistant escalate to humans?
Yes. In high-stakes or ambiguous situations, the assistant refuses and routes to a person. Escalation beats improvisation.
What safety standards do you align with?
Our builds are compatible with emerging responsible-AI standards like the
NIST AI Risk Management Framework
and governance models such as
ISO/IEC 42001 (AI management systems).

Privacy & Data Use FAQ
Do you collect or store chatbot conversations?
Only what’s necessary to support and improve the specific assistant you’re using. Sensitive deployments intentionally limit personal-data storage.
Do you sell user data?
No.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Email chris@givemebackmybias.com with approximate date/time and context. We’ll confirm deletion quickly.
